OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100

Tested for harmful substances · AITEX, Spain

Valid

Product Class IThe strictest class in the standard — the limits applied to articles for babies.

Independent laboratory certification confirming the fabric has been tested against a defined list of substances harmful to human health, and passed. Our certificate covers commission bleaching and finishing of woven cotton, polyester, blended and denier fabric.

Why it matters to buyersHospital linen touches skin that may already be broken. Class I is the limit set for baby articles, so our fabric is tested to a standard stricter than any hospital or hotel tender is likely to ask for.

Benefits

  • Laboratory proof of skin-contact safety, at the strictest class
  • Accepted evidence in hospital and hotel group tenders
  • Removes the need for buyer-funded chemical testing
  • Supports EU REACH, SVHC and POP compliance questions
  • Verifiable by certificate number in the public OEKO-TEX database

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management · Infinity Cert International, EGAC accredited

Valid

EGAC accredited · IAF recognisedRecognised internationally through the IAF multilateral arrangement, not a local-only certificate.

Certifies the system behind the product: how incoming yarn is controlled, how a specification is documented, how a batch is inspected, how a defect is corrected — and how all of it is evidenced to an auditor.

Why it matters to buyersThe difference between a good sample and a repeatable supply chain. It is the standard evidence that container twelve will match the approved sample, and a pass/fail line in most institutional tenders.

Benefits

  • Documented, repeatable production and inspection procedures
  • Traceability from yarn lot to finished, packed carton
  • Formal corrective-action process for any claim you raise
  • Satisfies the quality-system requirement in public tenders
  • EGAC accredited — a member of the IAF recognition arrangement

We do not publish our audit report on a web page. Audit reports belong on the Sedex platform, where a linked buyer reads the findings and their live status at source rather than from a PDF we chose to upload. Link with us using these references.

SEDEX is the ethical-trade platform used by global retailers, hotel groups and healthcare systems to vet suppliers. SMETA is the on-site audit behind it. Our Satiana Road facility underwent a full, semi-announced SMETA audit led by an APSCA-registered auditor against the ETI Base Code.

Why it matters to buyersYour ESG and modern-slavery reporting is only as clean as your supplier list. Link us on Sedex, pull the report yourself, and close that line in your due diligence without commissioning your own audit.

Benefits

  • Independent, on-site verification of labour and safety standards
  • Findings visible to linked buyers on the Sedex platform
  • Supports UK Modern Slavery Act and EU due-diligence reporting
  • Meets the supplier-ethics requirement of most hotel and retail groups

C-TPAT Supply Chain Security

Assessed by ALGI Holding Company LLC, USA

Valid

U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not certify Pakistani manufacturers directly, so foreign factories evidence compliance through independent assessment. Ours has been assessed by ALGI and found to comply with the C-TPAT Minimum Security Criteria for Foreign Manufacturers — container security and sealing, facility access control, personnel screening and shipment tracking.

Why it matters to buyersFor a US importer, sourcing from an assessed factory lowers the chance of container examination — and the demurrage, delay and missed delivery windows that follow a customs hold.

Benefits

  • Documented container inspection and high-security sealing
  • Controlled factory access and personnel screening
  • Supports your own C-TPAT supplier-security evidence
  • Lower risk of shipment delay, demurrage and cargo tampering

Why buyers trust us

What a certificate proves, and what only a manufacturer can

We own the production

We are the manufacturer, not a trading house reselling another factory’s output. A specification change or a quality question is resolved at source.

Custom sizes as standard

Bed dimensions, GSM, thread count, weave, colour, hem, logo and packaging built to your specification — including OEM and private label under your own brand.

Inspection before the container closes

Every order is inspected against an agreed AQL standard, and your third-party inspector is welcome at final inspection.

Documents that clear customs

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports, prepared for the requirements of your destination market.

Quality process

Where the certificates actually bite

A quality system is only real where it stops production. These are the points at which a batch has to pass before it can move.

  1. Yarn & greige inspectionIncoming yarn and greige fabric checked against the approved specification — count, blend, GSM, width — with lot numbers recorded for traceability. Gate: ISO 9001 — incoming material control
  2. WeavingWoven to the agreed construction and inspected on the frame for faults before release to processing. Gate: in-process fabric inspection
  3. Bleaching & finishingCarried out under our OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified process at the Khurrianwala unit, using only approved chemistry. Gate: OEKO-TEX — Class I limits
  4. Cutting & stitchingCut to your finished dimensions, including custom hospital bed and hotel mattress sizes, with the hem and stitch density agreed at sampling. Gate: SMETA — audited working conditions
  5. Shrinkage, colourfastness & wash testingTested against your specification sheet — critical for institutional and industrial laundering cycles. Gate: laboratory test pass
  6. Final AQL inspectionFinished goods inspected against the agreed AQL sampling plan. Your inspector is welcome at this stage. Gate: AQL pass before packing
  7. Packing, sealing & export documentationPacked to your carton and labelling requirement, container sealed under documented security procedure, export documents issued for your market. Gate: C-TPAT MSC — container security

Buyer questions

Certification questions we are asked before an order

What certifications does International Linens hold?

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate 2026OK1630, issued by AITEX in Product Class I. ISO 9001:2015 certificate PAK030125A, issued by Infinity Cert International under EGAC accreditation, covering the manufacturing and exporting of fabrics, made-ups and institutional garments. SEDEX membership with a completed SMETA audit of our Faisalabad site by GSCS International Ltd. And a C-TPAT supply chain security assessment by ALGI against the U.S. CBP Minimum Security Criteria for Foreign Manufacturers.

Is your fabric safe for direct skin contact with hospital patients?

Yes. Our bleaching and finishing process is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 in Product Class I — the strictest class in the standard, the one applied to articles for babies and toddlers. The fabric has been laboratory tested against a defined list of substances harmful to human health and passed. That is a stricter threshold than most hospital and hotel tenders require.

How do I get copies of your certificates for a tender?

Email info@internationallinens.com with your tender reference and we will send a compliance pack — the original certificates, the scope of each certification, laboratory test reports and a company profile, formatted for submission. We do not publish certificate files for open download, so that we always know which version a buyer is holding.

Are you C-TPAT certified?

We are C-TPAT security assessed, which is the correct status for a foreign manufacturer. U.S. Customs and Border Protection does not issue C-TPAT certification directly to manufacturers in Pakistan; foreign factories evidence compliance through independent assessment instead. Our facility has been assessed by ALGI, certificate 24PAK-092647, and found to comply with the C-TPAT Minimum Security Criteria for Foreign Manufacturers issued by U.S. CBP in March 2020.

Is your factory ethically audited, and can we see the report?

Yes. Our Faisalabad site was audited on site under SMETA by GSCS International Ltd, covering the Labour Standards and Health & Safety pillars against the ETI Base Code. The report is shared through the Sedex platform rather than published, so a linked buyer sees the findings, the corrective actions and their live status at source. Our Sedex company reference is ZC5000004966 and our site reference is ZS1000005132.

How do I verify that your certificates are genuine?

Every certificate on this page shows its number and its issuing body. OEKO-TEX certificate 2026OK1630 can be verified in the public OEKO-TEX label check database. ISO certificate PAK030125A can be confirmed directly with Infinity Cert International. Our SMETA audit is on the Sedex platform under site reference ZS1000005132. We would rather you check than take our word for it.

Do you manufacture OEM and private label linen under our own brand?

Yes. We manufacture under our clients’ brands as an OEM and private label textile manufacturer, producing to your specification with your own labels, packaging and carton branding. Custom sizes, GSM, thread counts, weaves and colours are available across fabrics, made-ups and institutional garments.

Where are your factories?

International Linens (Pvt.) Ltd operates two facilities in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. The Satiana Road unit (12-KM Satiana Road, Tehsil Saddar) is the ISO 9001:2015 certified, SMETA audited and C-TPAT security assessed site for manufacturing and export. The Khurrianwala unit (07 KM Jaranwala Road) is the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified site for bleaching and finishing.
