A hotel linen supplier with its own weaving and finishing
Hotel linen suppliers fall into two groups: distributors who stock and resell and manufacturers who make. International Linens is the second kind. Greige fabric for hotel bed sheets is woven on our own Sulzer looms, bleached and finished in our own processing unit for the crisp white that housekeeping expects, then cut, hemmed and packed to the property standard in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We have exported institutional linens since 2004 and ship up to 30 forty-foot containers a month across our hospitality and healthcare programs.
For a hotel group or a hospitality distributor this matters for two reasons. The price you pay is the mill price, without a fabric trader in the chain. And the specification you approve on the first container is the one you receive on the tenth, because the same looms, finish and stitching lines run every repeat.

Wholesale hotel linen programs
Hotel linen suppliers are usually judged on three things: consistency, price and replenishment. Wholesale hotel linens from us are packed by the carton or bale with your labels and folded to your housekeeping standard. Repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule and trial quantities are possible for first orders. Private label is standard and most of our output already ships under our customers’ brands. Send the products, sizes, thread counts and quantities you need through the contact form and you will have a quotation with lead time within one working day.
Sustainable hotel linens from a solar-powered mill
About 70% of our plant’s electricity comes from on-site solar. Bleaching and finishing are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I, so the sheets your guests sleep on have been tested for harmful substances to the strictest class in the standard. And because the linens are built for hundreds of commercial wash cycles, properties replace them less often. Details are on our sustainability page.
Why hotel buyers choose International Linens
- Vertically integrated since 2004: weaving, knitting, processing, cutting and stitching under our own roof.
- Documented quality: ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I, SEDEX SMETA audited, C-TPAT assessed. See the certifications page.
- Reliable replenishment: capacity planned around monthly container schedules so linen par levels are never short.
- One export team: sampling, specification, reorders and documents handled by the people who run the mill.

Frequently asked questions about hotel linen supply
How do hotels across the US get their linens?
In the United States, hotels are usually served by hospitality distributors and linen rental companies with national coverage. Those distributors source from manufacturers like International Linens, which supplies wholesale hotel linens by the container to distributors and hotel groups.
What is the minimum order for wholesale hotel linens?
We work with container programs and pallet-level trial orders. Tell us the products, sizes and quantities and we will confirm the MOQ per item and a trial quantity for a first order.
Can you match the thread count and sizes our properties already use?
Yes. Send your specification sheet or a sample and we will weave and finish to it, then send counter samples for approval before bulk production.
Do you make hotel towels?
Our hospitality range is bedding, blankets and table linens. We do not currently manufacture terry towels.
What is the lead time for wholesale hotel linens?
Repeat programs ship monthly by container. New developments take longer because we sample first, get your approval, then run bulk. Ask for the current lead time when you request a quotation.
Can one supplier cover hotel, spa and restaurant linens together?
Yes. Hotel bedding and blankets for spas and tablecloths, napkins and aprons for food and beverage are all made in our units and can ship in the same container.
