Scrub suits and medical scrubs for long shifts and hot washes

Scrub suits are the unisex tops and pants worn by nurses, doctors and technicians in hospitals, clinics and surgical units. International Linens cuts and stitches medical scrubs in bulk for hospital groups, healthcare distributors and uniform programs from fabric woven and finished in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Institutional scrubs are laundered by the hospital, not the wearer, so they have to hold colour, size and seams through hot washing and tumble drying week after week. Our scrub suits use a cotton/polyester poplin or twill finished for that cycle, with reinforced pockets and bar-tacked stress points.

Colour coding and private label

Most hospital scrub programs use colour to identify roles or departments. We dye to your codes, add woven or printed labels with size and care instructions, and pack by size and colour so uniform rooms can restock without sorting. Approved patterns stay on file so reorders fit the same way.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing

Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.

Bulk supply and quotation

Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. Send sizes, quantities and destination through the contact form or WhatsApp and you will receive a quotation with lead time within one working day. Private label, custom sizes and packing to your specification are standard; repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule.
