Reusable gowns cost less per wear than disposables and produce a fraction of the waste, provided the fabric holds up to the laundry. Ours are a tight cotton/polyester construction with a fluid-repellent finish available, back closure with ties or snaps, and knit or elastic cuffs, sized XS to 5XL so one program covers the whole staff.

Reusable versus disposable
A reusable isolation gown is laundered and reused dozens of times; a disposable is thrown away after one. For hospitals with in-house or contract laundry, reusables cut both cost and waste, and the fabric can be finished for fluid repellence to suit the protection level your infection-control team specifies. Send your requirement and we will recommend a construction and send samples for wash testing.
Made in-house, quality checked before packing
Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.
Bulk supply and quotation
Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. Private label, custom sizes and packing to your specification are standard; repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule.
