Stretcher sheets for gurneys, trolleys and transport
Stretcher sheets are narrow flat and fitted sheets sized for stretchers, gurneys and transport trolleys. International Linens weaves and stitches them in bulk for hospitals, ambulance services and healthcare distributors from fabric made in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Stretcher pads are narrower and thinner than bed mattresses, usually 30 inches wide and 4 to 6 inches deep, so a bed sheet bunches and slides. A fitted stretcher sheet is elasticised to the pad; a flat stretcher sheet is cut to tuck cleanly for transport and emergency use.

Stretcher sheets are cut from the same T-130 to T-180 fabrics as our hospital bed fitted sheets, so they wash and wear the same way and can be colour coded to keep them out of the bed linen stream.
Made in-house, quality checked before packing
Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.
