Cotton and blended yarn is checked on arrival, woven on Sulzer looms or knitted in our own knitting division, then bleached and finished in our Khurrianwala processing unit under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified process. Only then is it cut, hemmed, inspected against an agreed AQL and packed with your labels. A crease-resistant finish (CRF) is available on woven qualities so sheets come off the ironer flat. All processing is done under our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certificate, the class written for baby articles, so the fabric is tested to a limit stricter than any hospital tender is likely to require.

A standard hospital mattress is 36 inches wide and 80 inches long, and most fitted sheets for hospital beds are cut to 36 x 80 x 7 or 36 x 84 x 7. Deeper pockets and bariatric widths are stocked as regular items, and any dimension can be cut to your bed specification.

What size sheets fit a hospital bed?
Standard hospital mattresses are 36 x 80 inches, so a 36 x 80 x 7 or 36 x 84 x 7 fitted sheet fits most beds. Mattresses with a deeper profile take a 36 x 84 x 15 pocket, and bariatric beds need 54 or 60 inch widths. Regular twin sheets are usually too wide and too shallow to stay in place.
Which fabrics do you use for hospital bed sheets?
Most are cotton/polyester blends in T-130 to T-180 constructions, chosen because they hold up to hot washing and bleach and dry quickly. We also make 100% cotton and CVC qualities, and knitted jersey stretch sheets for pressure-relief mattresses.
Do you sell hospital bed linens wholesale or in bulk only?
Yes. We are a bulk manufacturer and exporter. Orders are packed by the carton or bale for distributors, laundries and institutional buyers, and we can confirm a trial quantity for a first order.
Can you match the specification we already buy?
In most cases, yes. Send your current spec sheet or a sample and we will weave, finish and stitch to it, then send counter samples for approval before bulk production.
Are coloured hospital sheets available?
