Knitted fitted sheets are stretch bottom sheets for medical mattresses of varying depth. International Linens knits the fabric and stitches the sheets in-house for hospitals, care homes and healthcare distributors.
Knitted fitted sheets solve the fit problem on medical mattresses of varying depth. Our knitting division produces the fabric in-house, so stretch, weight and recovery are controlled here rather than bought in. The result is a soft, breathable sheet that hugs the mattress and keeps its shape wash after wash.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing
Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match.
