Fitted crib sheets for hotels and hospitals

Crib sheets are fitted sheets for hotel and hospital cribs and cots. International Linens knits or weaves the fabric and stitches elasticised crib sheets in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan, for hotels, hospitals and distributors.

A crib sheet has to fit tightly (a loose sheet is a safety issue), wash at high temperature and stay soft on infant skin. Ours are elasticised all round to the standard 28 x 52 crib mattress or the 24 x 38 cot, in knitted stretch or woven polycotton, finished under our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certificate, the class written for baby articles.

Maternity and pediatric units order crib sheets with receiving blankets; hotels order them with family-room bedding. Knitted crib sheets match our knitted fitted sheets in fabric and colour.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing

Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.

Bulk supply and quotation

Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. Send sizes, quantities and destination through the contact form or WhatsApp and you will receive a quotation with lead time within one working day. Private label, custom sizes and packing to your specification are standard; repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule.

What size is a standard crib sheet?

28 x 52 inches with a 6 inch pocket for a full-size crib mattress. Portable cots take 24 x 38 x 4.

Knitted or woven crib sheets?

Knitted sheets stretch for a snug fit and softness; woven sheets are crisper and cheaper. We make both.

Are the sheets safe for infant skin?

Fabric is finished under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I, the class defined for baby articles and elastic is fully enclosed.
