Hotel fitted sheets are elasticised bottom sheets sized to hotel mattresses. International Linens weaves, finishes and stitches them in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan and supplies them in bulk to hotels, resorts and hospitality distributors.

Hotel mattresses have grown taller: pillow-tops and toppers push depth to 14 or 15 inches and a shallow fitted sheet pops off before the guest arrives. Our deep pocket fitted sheets are cut with 12 or 15 inch pockets and all-round elastic so housekeeping makes the bed once, in the same plain or sateen fabrics as our flat sheets so sets match.

Because we weave and finish the fabric ourselves, fitted sheets match the hotel flat sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers in whiteness and hand, order after order. Elastic is tested for recovery after hot washing and corners are bar-tacked for the daily stripping cycle.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing

Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.

Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. What pocket depth do hotel fitted sheets need?

12 inches suits most standard mattresses; 15 inches is needed for pillow-top mattresses and toppers. Measure the mattress with the topper on and add 2 inches.

What size is a hotel queen fitted sheet?

60 x 80 inches with a 12 or 15 inch pocket. King is 78 x 80 and twin is 39 x 80.

Percale or sateen for fitted sheets?

Percale is crisp and cool and suits most properties; sateen is smoother and heavier for upscale rooms. Both are made in-house.
