Hotel duvet covers made for the laundry cycle
Hotel duvet covers are washable covers for hotel duvets and comforters. International Linens weaves, finishes and stitches them in plain, sateen and stripe fabrics in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan and supplies them in bulk to hotels, resorts and hospitality distributors.
The duvet cover is the largest piece on the bed and the one most likely to shrink, twist or lose its closure in the laundry. Ours are cut oversize to allow for finishing, stitched with an envelope or button closure that survives the tunnel washer and made in the same T-180 to T-250 fabrics as our sheets so the whole bed matches.

Duvet cover or comforter?
Most hotels now use a washable duvet cover over a duvet insert rather than a quilted comforter, because the cover can be laundered with the sheets and the insert stays clean. Duvet covers are usually ordered with matching pillowcases.
Made in-house, quality checked before packing
Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.
Bulk supply and quotation
Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. Send sizes, quantities and destination through the contact form or WhatsApp and you will receive a quotation with lead time within one working day. Private label, custom sizes and packing to your specification are standard; repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule.

What size is a hotel king duvet cover?
104 x 90 or 108 x 96 inches, depending on the insert and the drop you want. Queen is 90 x 90 and twin is 66 x 90.
Envelope or button closure?
Envelope closures have no hardware and are fastest in the laundry; button closures hold the insert more securely. We make both.
