Hotel sheets have to look new on the hundredth wash. Ours are woven in-house in T-180 to T-250 percale, finished for a crisp white hand a crease-resistant surface and hemmed to the width your housekeeping standard specifies. Because we make the fabric, the whiteness and weight are the same across every container.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing

Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.

What thread count are hotel bed sheets?

Most hotels use T-180 to T-250 percale. T-180 and T-200 cotton/polyester suit mid-scale properties; T-250 and sateen suit upscale rooms. We weave all of them.

What size is a hotel king flat sheet?

108 x 110 to 108 x 120 inches. Queen is 90 inches wide and full is 81 inches wide, with lengths from 104 to 120.
