Most patient apparel dealers buy garments from a factory and resell them. We are the factory. Fabric for gowns and pajamas is woven and finished in our own processing unit under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified processing, then cut and stitched on our own lines, so a hospital or distributor gets the same fit and fabric on the tenth container as on the first.

Patient clothing has to be soft against skin that may be fragile, easy for staff to manage, and unchanged after hot washing and bleach. We use 55/45 cotton/polyester as the standard blend for that balance, 100% cotton where programs need it, and colour-fast prints and solids for department coding. Every style is sampled and wash-tested before bulk.
