Pillow protectors that extend pillow life

Pillow protectors are zippered or envelope covers worn under the pillowcase to keep pillows clean and extend their life. International Linens makes woven and knitted pillow protectors in bulk for hospitals, hotels and distributors from fabric made in its own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

A pillow costs many times more than its case, and it is the protector that decides how long it lasts. Ours are cut to standard, queen and king pillows in a tight woven cotton/polyester or a knitted stretch fabric, with a full-length zipper or envelope flap, and finished for commercial and institutional laundering.

Hospital and hotel programs

Hospitals use protectors under hospital pillow cases to keep pillows hygienic between patients; hotels use them under hotel pillowcases to protect down and fibre pillows. Both are cut from the same fabrics as our sheeting so they wash with the rest of the bed.

Made in-house, quality checked before packing

Every piece is made in our own units in Faisalabad, Pakistan: fabric woven or knitted in-house, bleached and finished under an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified process, then cut, stitched and inspected against an agreed AQL before packing. Sampling comes first; approved samples stay on file so repeat containers match. We have manufactured institutional textiles since 2004 and hold ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX SMETA and C-TPAT credentials, listed with certificate numbers on our certifications page.

Bulk supply and quotation

Supplied by the carton, bale or container to distributors, laundries, institutions and private label brands, mainly in the United States. Send sizes, quantities and destination through the contact form or WhatsApp and you will receive a quotation with lead time within one working day. Private label, custom sizes and packing to your specification are standard; repeat programs ship on a monthly container schedule.

What sizes do pillow protectors come in?

20 x 30 for standard pillows, 20 x 36 for queen and 20 x 40 for king. Custom sizes are cut on request.

Zippered or envelope?

Zippered protectors seal the pillow fully; envelope protectors are quicker to change. We make both.

Are the protectors waterproof?

Our standard protectors are woven or knitted fabric without a laminate. Ask us if your program needs a laminated barrier version.
