Hospital linen supplier for Europe
International Linens is a hospital linen supplier for Europe and a hotel linen manufacturer in Faisalabad, Pakistan. We already ship institutional linens to European buyers, and we make hospital, care and hotel linens to continental bed sizes and EU labelling rules for healthcare distributors, industrial laundries, linen rental companies and hotel suppliers.
Quick answer: Pakistan holds GSP+ status with the European Union, which removes EU import duty on most textile products that meet the scheme’s rules of origin. We make to EU sizes and labelling rules, test fabrics for harmful substances, and quote FOB Karachi or CIF a European port.

What we make for European buyers
- Hospital bed linens for hospitals, clinics and industrial laundries.
- Knitted stretch fitted sheets for care and rehabilitation beds.
- Patient apparel and scrub suits.
- Hotel bedding and sustainable hotel linens from a solar powered mill.
- Restaurant and banquet linens.
European bed sizes we produce
| Bed | Common mattress size (cm) |
|---|---|
| Single | 90 x 200 |
| Double | 140 x 200 |
| Queen | 160 x 200 |
| King | 180 x 200 |
| Hospital and care beds | Made to your mattress dimensions and depth |
Sizes vary between countries, so we always cut to the dimensions on your specification sheet.
EU rules a linen buyer should know
- Fibre labelling. The EU Textile Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 sets how fibre names and composition appear on labels. We print and sew labels to your artwork and languages.
- Restricted substances. REACH restrictions limit chemicals such as certain azo dyes in textiles. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tested.
- Medical devices. Surgical and protective gowns sold as medical devices fall under the EU Medical Device Regulation. Patient gowns for general wear usually do not. Confirm the intended use before sampling.
- Industrial laundry. European healthcare linen is processed in industrial tunnel washers at high temperatures. We specify fabrics, finishes and shrinkage allowances for that process.
Duty, shipping and documents
Pakistan is a beneficiary of the EU Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP+), which removes import duty on most textile products that meet its rules of origin. The current scheme runs to the end of 2027 and is under review, so confirm the status with your customs broker when you plan a program.
We ship 40-foot high-cube containers from Karachi to European ports such as Rotterdam, Antwerp and Hamburg, on FOB or CIF terms, with the origin documents GSP+ requires.
